1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the savemystuff.net website (the "Service"), which is operated by CattleCloud LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Informational Purposes; No Professional Advice

The Service provides a platform for users to store and share personal content such as bookmarks, notes, checklists, recipes, and pictures. All content, whether provided by us or submitted by users, is made available for informational and entertainment purposes only. No content on the Service should be construed as technical, financial, investment, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted or third-party content.
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information found on the Service.
We assume no liability for any outcomes resulting from your reliance on content available through the Service.

3. No Warranties; "AS IS" Disclaimer

Your User Content, including any claims that your User Content infringes upon the rights of any third party.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms.
Uploading content prohibited under Section 10 (User Content and Acceptable Use).
Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also discontinue use of the Service at any time by ceasing to access it. We reserve the right to retain or delete your User Content following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Links and User Bookmarks

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including links submitted by users through the bookmarks feature. These third-party websites are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, privacy policies, or business practices.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by your access to or reliance on any third-party website, service, or content. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Continued use of the Service after modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

10. User Content and Acceptable Use

The Service allows users to upload, submit, store, and share content including bookmarks, notes, checklists, recipes, and pictures ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for it. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that your content complies with the rules set forth in this section.

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license continues until you delete your User Content or your account is terminated.

10.1. Family-Friendly Content

The Service is intended to be a family-friendly environment suitable for users of all ages. All User Content must be appropriate for a general audience and must not contain material that a reasonable person would consider unsuitable for minors.

10.2. Prohibition of Sexually Explicit Content

You may not upload, post, or share any content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise not safe for work ("NSFW"). This includes, but is not limited to:

Depictions of nudity or sexual acts.
Sexually suggestive imagery or text.
Links to, or descriptions of, pornographic or adult-oriented material.
Any content intended for sexual gratification.

10.3. Prohibition of Disturbing or Graphic Content

You may not upload, post, or share content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies disturbing, graphic, or grotesque subject matter. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Depictions of death, dead bodies, or fatal injuries.
Gore, mutilation, or extreme violence.
Graphic medical conditions, severe injuries, or disfigurement.
Content intended to shock, disgust, or disturb viewers.
Animal cruelty or severe animal suffering.

10.4. Prohibition of Illegal Content

You may not upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or provides instructions for engaging in unlawful conduct. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating drug use or the manufacture of controlled substances.
Instructions on manufacturing weapons, explosives, or other dangerous devices.
Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Content related to hacking, phishing, or other unauthorized access to computer systems.
Content that constitutes or facilitates fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.

10.5. Prohibition of Harassment and Hate Speech

You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, demean, or attack others. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Content that promotes violence against or hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Bullying, stalking, or targeted harassment of any individual.
Doxxing, or publishing private identifying information about others without their consent.

10.6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may not use another user's account without their express permission. You may not create an account for the purpose of impersonating another person or entity, or to evade a prior suspension or termination.

10.7. Enforcement and Content Removal

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, monitor, and remove any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate this Acceptable Use policy. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

We may, but are not obligated to, provide a mechanism for users to report content they believe violates these Terms. Any enforcement decisions remain solely at our discretion.
